Mixology is all about high quality ingredients and balance fresh fruits, homemade sirups, inspiring infusions & the very best bitters, served within a warm atmosphere with a focus on efficient & friendly service.

I'm currently part of the Diageo mixology crew, circulating in Brussels and beyond - and have mixed drinks at venues like Libertine Supersport, 186 Bar LOVE, La Terrasse, 186 Wine & Cocktails, Jalousy (Private club).

Need ideas here is few Cocktails ...

The 4 seasons Cocktails

For the Spring the "Like English men" : 5cl Tanquerray ten Gin / 1 vanilla stick wide open / 1 Earl grey tea bag / 20cl Apple cider / 2 half slice of lemon

For the Summer the "Ocean wave" : 5cl Tanquerray ten Gin / 2,5cl simple syrup / 2cl lime juice / 5 Blueberries / 5 Basil Leaves / 10cl Ocean spray Cranberry juice

For the Fall "Peer Pier" : 5cl Bulleit Bourbon / 2cl Peer liquor / 2cl simple syrup / Spray some mezcal over / serve with caramelize slice of peer

For the Winter "Santa Road Trip" : 5 cl Zacapa 23yrs rhum / 10cl of dark freshgrind coffee / 3cl homemade chestnut syrup / vanilla Milk foam / serve with a sugar coat chestnut

The 5 Classics

Whisky Sour : 5cl Bulleit bourbon / 30cl Fresh Lemon juice / 25cl Simple sirup / if you want it more creamy you can add 25cl egg white in foam

Margarita : 5cl Don Julio Tequilla bianco / 3cl Triple sec / 2cl Lime juice / serve with a glass top with salt

Cosmo : 4cl Ketel on vodka / 2cl Triple sec / 10cl Ocean spray Cranberry juice / 1cl Lime juice / shake and strain / serve with a lime peel twist

Old fashion : 5cl Bulleit bourbon / 1 one tea spoon of cane sugar / 3 dash of angustura on the sugar / Stir for 2 minute with ice / serve with a large orange peel

Dry martini : 5 cl of Tanquerray ten / 1cl vermouth dry / Stir and strain / serve with an olive or a lemon peel
